The core value first: everyone here is an adult, responsible for their own work and for their own career. Every rule on this page is an extension of that sentence.

Core values

Not a poster on the wall — it is the only hiring standard and the premise of how we work together.

Responsible for your work

You arrange your own work and keep your own promises. When something breaks, we look for causes, not excuses.

Responsible for results

Only results are evaluated: shipped or not, good or not. The process is fully yours; the delivery has to meet the bar.

An owner of the cause

The platform belongs to everyone, and so do the profits when a product works — run the product in your hands like your own business.

How we work

We manage by results, not by hours. Attendance does not produce good products; a sense of responsibility does.

  • No fixed office hours: no clock-in, no attendance sheets. Morning, afternoon or evening — you decide when you come in.
  • More generous than a fixed two-day weekend: rest is tied to results. Work done and accounted for, a full week off is fine.
  • Flexibility is not looseness: freedom buys self-discipline. Deadlines you agree to are kept; if one slips, you say so early.

Income structure

The division of labor is clear: the base is covered by the company, and the ceiling is earned by you. The page and the interview say the same thing.

Social insurance

All five funds covered

Pension, medical, unemployment, work injury and maternity — enrolled when you join, never interrupted.

Fixed base pay

The same for everyone

A fixed base of 3,000 yuan a month take-home, stated in person and written into the offer. We do not spend money on salary negotiation; we spend it on profit sharing.

The uncapped part

A share of product profits

Internal startups are encouraged: build products on the company platform and earn an agreed share of the profits, written down when the project is approved.

How internal startups work

The company provides the platform and the plumbing; you bring the idea and the execution; when a product earns, it is split by the ratio written down at approval.

  • Accounts, payments, distribution and support channels already exist — you never build infrastructure from zero, you focus on the product.
  • Direction, share and settlement are written down when a project is approved, and paid as agreed. No verbal promises.
  • Directions are open: tools, mini programs, mini games. The bar is the same as for our own products — real users who keep coming back.

Who we are looking for

Three tracks, always reading resumes. Here, income grows by shipping products, not by negotiating salary.

  • Client software and front end

Build the interfaces people touch every day. Desktop software, web sites and mini programs share one design language.

What we look for: Cares whether a button answers when you press it. Willing to change an API to get load feedback 300ms sooner.

  • Servers

Keep the account, payment, order, activation and entitlement services that every product runs on.

What we look for: Treats data safety as the first requirement. Thinks about the rollback before writing a migration script.

  • Product and design

Start from the question "who is stuck on what". Choose the form, set the hierarchy, finish the copy.

What we look for: Cuts features before adding them. Accepts real usage data saying no to their own proposal.

How to apply

A resume plus a short sketch of the product you would like to build (optional). We answer every mail.

  • One email: your resume, and the product direction you have in mind (optional, but it helps).
  • If it fits we set up a talk: about what you want to build, and through the pay model above in person, so nothing is left unclear.
  • After joining you start on the existing products; internal-startup proposals can be raised at any time.

If it is clear to you, come: small base, real upside

Send your resume and your product idea to the same mailbox. We read it on business days and answer every one.
